Gertie the Dinosaur. Varying views of her around Echo Lake. In more verbose language, she houses Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction.
Kind of reminds me of those roadside attractions, where someone worked up the money to build it. They'd sell road food air snacks of some kind. Eventually they'd go out of business and the building or structure would stay standing as a roadside landmark or oddity.
