I feel like (in addition to the all the other issues with this update) we should be highlighting the ways this will make the harassment problem this place is already known for far, far worse. Three of the protections users had were awareness of the spread of their own posts, the ability to stop the spread by making posts unrebloggable, and the ability to easily go through all notes on a post to preemptively block people we can anticipate will be hostile to us. We have just lost all of these in one go.
