my favorite thing when i google ecco is to see "do you consider ecco a proto-harley?" ummmm...... yes? her design reflects harley quinns and also do we consider her relationship with jeremiah valeska?
hes very clearly the joker yeah. but considering harleen quinzel was never shown in the series, and given how i dont fucking know she shot herself in the head for him (and lived) id say yeah thats kind of on par with harley and jokers dynamic
jerome was proto joker and everyone understood that. he had the scars. the clown theme. we all got it. ecco has that "normal ass bitch turned to insane follower" harley has. she has that black and red outfit a good chunk of harley interpretations have.
in short i dont think she would be the way she is if she wasnt proto harley thanks for reading
