Hasselback Potatoes are a visually stunning and delicious side dish that's surprisingly easy to make. With crispy edges, creamy centers, and a cheesy garlic flavor, they're sure to impress!
Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes. 4 tablespoons butter, melted. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper, to taste. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Cut each potato into thin slices, but don't go all the way through. You can stop the knife from cutting all the way through the potato by putting chopsticks or wooden spoons on each side. Melt the butter and chop the garlic into small pieces. Making sure to get between the slices, brush the potatoes with the garlic butter mix. Add salt and pepper to the potatoes, and then top them with Parmesan cheese. Put it in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the edges are golden. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
