“Do you think we should have hidden the eggs better?” Kensi wondered, watching the twins run around the front yard, collecting brightly patterned plastic eggs.
“I think it’s fine,” Rosa said, gesturing to where Caleb had stopped to pluck a weed. “I’m not sure they’ll get all of them as they are.”
“Here you go, Caleb,” Sophia said, dropping a blue egg in his basket.
“Thank you, Sophie.” Caleb popped open one of his eggs and poured the contents into her basket. Giggling, they ran off in opposite directions.
“I’m not sure they fully understand the concept of an Easter egg hunt,” Deeks mused.
“At least they’re having fun.” Kensi shrugged.
Sophia came running by with a handful of eggs in her hands, the ribbons on her blue dress flying behind her. When she reached the end of the yard, she deposited the entire load in a bush.
“Here you go, daddy. Here, mommy. Happy Easter!” Caleb said, passing each of them an egg as he headed in his sister’s direction. He doubled back around, his little legs winding up similar to a cartoon character’s and handed one to Rosa too.
“Gracias, Caleb. Are you the Easter bunny?” she asked, straightening his shirt.
“No, I not have bunny ears,” he responded, frowning briefly at the thought. Before he could get to upset at the realization, Sophia’s squeals distracted him and he hurried off again.
“Why are they so cute?” Rosa shook her head, then nodded to Deeks’ egg. “Do you have any Reece’s?”
“Sorry, just a purple jelly bean,” Deeks said apologetically.
“Don’t worry, the Easter bunny left you a basket with all your favorites,” Kensi told her.
Rosa rolled her eyes. “Guys, I don’t need my own basket.”
“Everyone needs snacks and candy,” Kensi protested.
“Yeah, especially when you’re deep in pre law classes,” Deeks added. “There’s one for Steven too.”
“Thanks, mom and dad.” She hugged each of them, then raised her eyebrows. “Uh-oh, looks like Sophia and Caleb decided to plant some of their jellybeans,” she said.
“And the egg hunt is officially over,” Deeks decided.

“Yeah, thanks, I’m fine,” Theo grumbles as no one offers to help him. “I’ll heal.”
“I know, you’re like the cockroach that won’t die,” Stiles smiles and is quickly chastised by Scott.
Liam whacks Stiles on the back of the head with his giant paw to the squeals and delights of the kids and says something muffled, but Theo knows it’s in defense of him.
“Aww, thanks babe,” Theo says, fondly reaching up to straighten the crooked bunny head perched atop Liam’s shoulders and in response, Liam snares him in a bear hug.
“Getting a bit handsy there. You really want everyone to know I’m fucking the Easter bunny, huh?” Theo murmurs, voice low and fond as Liam’s hands – paws – sneak lower and give his ass a squeeze. “Oh, it’s like that, is it?” The chimera suppresses a groan, heat coiling in his belly and creeping down his groin as his hands fall to Liam’s plush, fluff chest, feeling the softness between his fingers. And mmm, that feels nice.
“Mr Bunny, I found the big one!” Interrupts Sierra’s voice.
“No! I did,” comes the nasally voice of Lydia and Stiles’ brat.
Theo groans, simultaneously annoyed and relieved at being interrupted. The last thing he needs is to pop a boner right now in the backyard. “I think I know where I can find an even bigger one,” Theo murmurs against Liam’s neck, right where the mask meets the rest of the costume.
“Alright, come one you heathens,” Stiles chides, exasperated. “Stop hogging the Easter Bunny’s attention and let him get back to his job: the egg hunt.”
“Yeah, Uncle Theo! Let us finish the hunt!” Thomas says, sounding just like his father – impatient, irritating and a little neurotic. Too bad he didn’t end up more like his mother.
“It’s not my fault the Easter Bunny finds me irresistible,” Theo smirks smugly, only to be rewarded with another long, and indecent grope from Liam before Stiles all but drags him away.
Theo shakes his head fondly and tries to tamp down on his inappropriate thoughts because he’s definitely not thinking about what those paws would feel like on his bare skin… and ass.
Short little fic, very rough, but wanted to do something fun!

Easter, one of the many many troll holidays! Filled with fun, crafts, parties, and of course lots and lots of eggs! These holiday eggs are very different from standard troll eggs, it would be difficult to tell the difference for expecting parents if they weren't. No one really knows how the holiday started, but troll eggs are theorized to be an inspiration for some of the holiday activities. Something about how Pop Trolls' ancestors had hidden and raised their eggs under the threat of being eaten or so it's been told.
Either way it's a fun holiday all the same! And filled with many many surprises! One such surprise arose on this very holiday in the Anderson-Beachwood household.
“Johnny Dorian!!” Jade called to her husband in a single songy voice, the two had been wed for about two years now following the Mount Rageous incident. John Dory had spent most of those two years recovering from the ordeal, Easter was supposed to mark the start of their belated honeymoon, finally. A nice calm start to two fun filled months! Two months… They may need to cut the honeymoon short, though.. or perhaps postpone it once again, they'd already waited two years, what's a few more months?!
“I have a surprise for you!!!” Jade sang a bit more anxiously, juggling her surprise behind her carefully. Would John be okay with putting off the honeymoon again? Would he even like the surprise? Would he stay with her or run away again? Well he didn't run because of her last time, but STILL-
“What a coincidence- I also have a surprise for you, my love!” John Dory sang back to her as he popped his head into the room through the doorway. The teal haired troll took slow, long, and, careful steps into the room holding a hidden object behind his back. John Dory had his signature square smile on his face, though Jade could see a slight wave in them as if he were just as anxious as she was. Sweat dripped slowly down her husband's cheek though it was clear he was trying to keep a level head.
The two stared at each other in a bit of an awkward yet curious silence, both waiting in anticipation to see what the other's surprise was. Jade was sure hers would be the most shocking of the two, it was a double surprise after all-
“Do you want to go first?” John Dory asked using one hand to gesture towards her, his other still hiding his surprise. Jade rocked on her feet unsure if she should go first, she didn't want to upstage her husband after all.
“Maybe not… my surprise is pretty… surprising!!” Jade stuttered with a shrug almost at a complete loss for words to explain herself.
“Well who knows maybe mine is even more surprising?” John Dory waggled his eyebrows mischievously at her, Jade could tell he was still just as nervous underneath. The way he was talking made Jade feel like he was challenging her..
“I don't know, Johnny, it's quite a doozy!” Jade laughed coyly, John sensing her challenge took a step forward.
“Show them at the same time?” John suggested, Jade giving a nod in response.
“On 3” The two stood ready to reveal their hidden surprises.
“One.” The air was tense, silent, sweet. An incredible anticipation hung between the couple.
“Two.” The pressure was ramping up, both parties locked in deep, excruciating, eye contact.
“Three!” Both their hands fly forward, both were left with their mouths agape, eyes once locked on each other now focused on the items in either of their hands. In Jade's two sparkling eggs, one a deep blue like the night sky, speckled in bright white and yellow spots, a blue sparkling tuft of hair poking out the top. The other egg in Jade's hands was a sage green, brighter green patterns resembling leaves stretched across the surface, a blonde tuft of hair poking out the top.
In John Dory’s hand was a real egg, with reddish pink flowers dotting its shell, a nearly identically colored tuft of hair poking out of the top.
“You know what, you were right, yours was crazier.” John Dory said in a bit of a dead panned voice.
“THREE?!” Jade cried out, she was absolutely elated, of course, at the prospect of more children but three? THREE? That's so much more than she was expecting! What will they do with three little trollings? How will they all fit in her hair? Will they have to stack?! Is she going to have to Jenga their babies?!
“Jade,” John Dory chuckled, putting an arm around her shoulder, giving it a comforting squeeze. “What’s the stress about? You were already prepped for two, I should be the one panicking, I thought we only had one!” John's voice wavered, betraying his attempts to comfort his wife with a bit of humor; she had to admit he was right. Jade had twin eggs, fraternal twins, but twins nonetheless, she was already ready for taking care of two babies. The two cribs had already been ordered, the clothing, the diapers, and even the toys were locked in a closet just waiting for the twins to hatch. It shouldn't be too hard to get one more crib, one more set of clothes, heck she could make them herself!
“You're right, I'm just so scared! Three babies! Oh Johnny! We're going to have three babies!” Jade's voice shifted from a soft tremor to excitement, setting her eggs in her hair to grab John's face and pepper it in kisses.
“Wow, I can't believe we hid them so well…” John Dory spoke impressed with their skill, also a little bit concerned with how easily they'd both lied to each other for however long the eggs had been with them…
“Well, it's not my first rodeo,” Jade prodded John with her elbow, referencing their first child who was notably hidden from most for nearly the entire duration of his incubation. John perked up tapping his finger against the tip of Jade's nose.
“Speaking of! We could totally kidnap him to help us with the kids when they hatch!”
“You're right! I mean, what else are adult children for anyway?” Jade and John laughed together, the realization that they'd have to tell the whole family about the eggs very very soon…
“We've got time right?” John asked, patting the surface of his own egg. Jade brushed a hand through the tiny tuft of hair, it was incredibly soft..
“Yeah, we've got time! Plenty!”
Crack… crack.. crack..
“Or maybe not-”
_________
Introducing the triplets!
Sprig and Asher are the twin eggs, and Lucielle is John Dory's!
They were originally noncanon kids that were born in the sims before Jade was killed in a terrible accident (drowned on purpose after she failed to die in 4 other ways, she was too fucking strong) but now they're canon!! (Jade was resurrected and was killed 3 more times)
Lucielle is John Dory's little twin! She's a definite daddy's girl and the most levelheaded of all the triplets
Sprig is a momma's girl, she's incredibly temperamental, she experiences every emotion as a ten and can't stand to be away from Jade for too long
Asher is the youngest and doesn't have much of a preference for his parents as he does for his older brother, when he's awake that is, he's a very sleepy baby
Summary: Spencer Reid unexpectedly embraces Easter when a team-wide egg hunt—crafted with hidden patterns and heartfelt notes—reminds him that sometimes, connection is the best kind of logic.
---
Spencer Reid doesn’t really celebrate Easter.
He grew up with a mother who loved spring — the flowers, the sunshine, the changing seasons — but not the holidays that came with them. Still, Diana Reid had once taken him to a community egg hunt at the park in Las Vegas when he was five. He remembered that clearly, because he'd spent most of the time reading the flyer for the event rather than looking for eggs.
So no, Easter wasn’t a big thing for him. But that didn’t stop Penelope Garcia.
She burst into the BAU bullpen with her usual fanfare and a tray of pastel-colored cupcakes. "Happy springtime, my loves!" she declared, placing a small basket on each desk. Reid eyed his suspiciously. Inside were foil-wrapped chocolates, a plastic egg, and—was that a Peep?
"You will be participating in the egg hunt," she said, pointing at him. "Don't make me assign you a buddy."
"I wasn't aware that was a tradition in federal offices," he replied, adjusting his scarf. "Technically, Easter egg hunts have roots in pagan spring festivals, long before the modern Christian adaptation. The egg is a fertility symbol—"
Morgan walked by and clapped a hand on his shoulder. "Reid. Just take the chocolate and go with it."
So he did.
—
Later, when the hunt began (Garcia had commandeered an entire floor and filled it with clues and candy), Reid found himself getting...oddly into it.
JJ and Will had brought Henry by, which made it harder to resist — the kid was all joy and jellybeans. Emily and Morgan got wildly competitive. Rossi pretended to be above it all until he spotted a vintage coin tucked into one of the eggs and became deeply invested.
Reid, naturally, started spotting patterns in where the eggs were hidden. Every third cubicle. A Fibonacci spiral down the hallway. Garcia had absolutely done this on purpose.
“You’re reading way too much into it,” she said when he confronted her, smiling.
“You used the golden ratio as a layout guide.”
She winked. “And you found the golden egg, didn’t you?”
He had. Tucked into the bookshelf in the BAU library — one of the few quiet places he actually considered sacred.
Inside was a small piece of paper, neatly folded.
“For the one who finds truth in everything — thank you for always seeing the patterns the rest of us miss. Happy Easter, Dr. Reid.”
— PG
He stood there a long moment, blinking down at the message.
It wasn’t a case. It wasn’t a crisis. It was...nice. Quiet. Personal. Maybe a little silly. But he realized, as he tucked the note into his pocket and walked back toward the others, that he kind of loved it.
Not for the candy. Not for the competition. But for the fact that, even in a place where death and tragedy often ruled the day, someone had taken the time to see him.
To see what made him tick.
—
That night, as he left Quantico, he paused at the front desk and offered the security guard one of his extra cupcakes.
Crowley and Aziraphale never see each other during the seven days between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday— at least, not since Aziraphale started panicking about rivers of holy water.

You set the five baskets down on the table. Chris smiles at you as he stuffs an extra thing into the already full baskets. You look at him suspiciously.
"What! It's just 20 dollars for each of them."
"Grace is three isn't 20 dollars a bit much?" You laugh looking in his basket.
"It's only fair for Gracie to get as much as her older siblings." Chris says.
"I think we're ready for easter." You smile. "You got the eggs and the prizes right?"
"Yep!"
"Okay. Then we're ready." You say leaning your head back on his chest. He wraps his arms around your waist laying his chin on top of your head. "I love you."
"Love you too sweetheart."
———
You and Chris were the first ones up. He was cooking while you sat at the table with Grace enjoying some quiet before the older kids wake up.
"Momma did the Easter bunny come?" Lincoln, your 5 almost 6 year old runs into the kitchen before she notices the five baskets. "Can I have my basket?"
"Bean you have to wait for your siblings then you can open it." Chris say as he walks over to him. He lifts his youngest son on to the counter next to him.
"But-"
"No buts baby." You warn.
"Fine." He rolls his eyes.
"Good morning mom." You're nine year old, Autumn says walking in.
"What no good morning for your dad!" Chris asks acting offended.
"Morning dad. Morning Linny."
"When is Hudson and Quinn gonna wake up?" lincoln asks frowning.
"Good news I'm up and I woke Quinn up." You 14 almost 15 year old Hudson says walking into the kitchen followed by your 7 almost 8 year old Quinn.
"Daddy let me down I want my basket!"
"Okay say please."
"Please let me down."
"Okay since you asked nicely." He kisses his cheek and sets him down. He runs to the table his siblings following him.
"Here's yours Gracie." Hudson passes it to his youngest sister.
"Thank you!" She smiles as she digs through the basket.
———
Chris hides the last egg before hurrying inside where the kids were watching Hop. You were with them making sure none of them peak.
"Alright kids! You all have the same amount of eggs, 25 each. Your eggs match your basket, and they're everywhere in the back yard but around the pool okay?"
"Okay."
"Is there any money in the eggs?" Hudson asks smiling.
"The easter bunny just gave you 20 dollars." He laughs.
"I'm saving up for something."
"There might be like five bucks in a couple eggs."
"Yes!" He grins grabbing his basket.
"Okay go." Chris and you watch as the five kids run out of the house. You follow them and sit on the patio. "Happy easter baby."

“Say cheese,” Jill said, pointing the camera at the group of children in their matching bunny onesies.
“Why do we have to wear these?” CJ complained. As the oldest of the Redfield/Kennedy/Valentine cousins, he’d been the most vocal about his disdain at having to wear the outfit, the eight-year-old too cool for ‘baby stuff.’
“Because you are all so cute,” Claire cooed, pinching her nephew's cheek.
