Breathing issues are so hard like..I just want to be able to not get out of breath so quickly from just talking , already semi verbal but the breathing issues don't particularly make it better or easier

Question for the me/cfs community: Is it normal for sometimes you heart to feel like it's going to stop and right after it starts beating really intensely? On that episode where I don't know if it's a regular me/cfs bullshit or if I'm going to die (especially because this is being accompanied by shortness of breath and chest tightness)

Struggling to breathe / having dyspnea is so insanely scary and traumatic. So honestly, this is a shoutout post to those who know what it's like and those who deal with it on a regular basis and everyone in between those two spectrums. I actually become so exhausted and stay up incredibly late sometimes soley due to my breathing. I become terrified that if I fall asleep or even lay back down, something will happen. I often spend a wild amount of time distracting myself on my laptop .
