I've been stuck in a plateau for the past few months as well. I'm starting to get over what the scale is telling me. This is the thinnest I've been in my adult life. I'd like to lose more, but if that won't happen for a while then I'm ok with that. Still going to eat healthy and exercise and hope it'll eventual work itself out.
The scale keeps fluctuating and my clothes fit pretty much the same, but I can run for much longer than before and I feel healthier, so at least that's worth something. I try to not let it bother me, but it gets to me sometimes. I mean I still have 20 pounds to lose until I'm in the healthy weight range, so I'd really like to lose the weight sometime soon. Hopefully my doctor will do some tests and figure out if I have anything wrong that I didn't know about (I already have some weird hormonal imbalances). Until then, I'm trying to eat as cleanly as possible, since I'm not supposed to eat processed stuff anyway.
But good luck to you! Hopefully we get over our plateaus sometime soon. Just stay positive about it :)
Oh my, working at Teavana must be fantastic. Iève only visisted a Teavana once and fell in love with the Samurai Chai Mate. We have a Teaopia here, which will eventually be a Teavana with the whole takeover. Is there anything in particular you recommend from Teavana? I like all kinds of tea.
Lately I've been digging our Imperial Grade Matcha tea. It's a traditional ceremonial Japanese green tea, powdered. When you brew a little dragon well, add some matcha, a little splenda and a couple creams HOMG. SO GOOD. I highly recommend it!
Plus yeah. I love working there. I hope I can transfer to teavana by my college, but if I can't they'll have me back for winter and summer breaks :D
