#SoulfulSunday I finally got a chance to see #TheHateYouGive and it was so sad and so powerful. I cried for every black boy and man who has died at the hands of police brutality and mainly I cried for Lola’s Boyfriends bcuz I’ll do everything I can to keep them safe but I worry if that will be enough? Looking at how just this week police arrested two white male domestic terrorists without killing them is more proof that the constant killing of black men is intentional. Will we ever come to realize that racism hurts everybody. Black families are destroyed and live in constant fear. White families are angry for reasons we still don’t understand and non racists whites are left with the stigma. This movie is hard to watch but it’s so necessary. #FashionFriday I’ve been so crazy busy over the last couple of weeks and have missed my weekly treatments of #UltraSlim from @bodycontourz and I was so worried that maybe I was losing my results. When I got my treatment this week I was thrilled to see that not only had I not gained any weight back I had lost a few more pounds and I’m wearing this tuxedo without any help underneath.
