kit does have a bad habit of not texting him back until the tiny sting of guilt comes back to bite him ( he’s a good person wrapped in an asshole suit ) which really just makes him more of an asshole ( commit damn it! ) but it’s just how he is.

he would not tell anyone, least of all teddy, but he did name one of his frogs after him... he thought it was funny but to anyone else it MIGHT look like simping, so he calls it something else around them... 

as much as everyone in the band is like UGH, TEDDY he does respect that he’s good at what he does. and what he does is be awkward, gay, and play a mean seinfeld tune on the bass.
