"Nope, I--I've got it--!"
Usually he's got pretty good control of his yo-yo! But he hadn't even noticed himself taking it out of his pocket just to have something to do with his hands and then he'd gotten startled and apparently it was just the right size to roll into the sidewalk grate.
He looks as if he most certainly does not, in fact, got it, as despite his desperate straining, he can't quite stretch his arm far enough to reach it.
Ah. It seems the young boy had dropped something in the drain...well, that was a simple problem to rectify. Luckily the grate was just big enough for her to peek over Sylvesterβs shoulder to spy a brightly-colored round object that stood out against all the murky rainwater.
She should probably retrieve it before he got any funny ideas.
Her fingers gesture towards the yo-yo, an Epithet glow enveloping it in a faint outline of blue before it rose up on its own to close the distance between it and his hand. There we go.
βYou should probably disinfect that with something. No telling what else was down there.β She says, putting her hand back in her pocket and letting her powers fade out.Β βI only have a few napkins on me, unfortunately. If you want them.β
