So tumblr has been annoying lately and not posting my photos. Here's the BLTA sandwiches we had for lunch the other day!

Duke's puts out a battle in the mayo world, which hot sauce is higher on the scoville unit scale, Louisiana style! What things do foreigners think 'Murica does weird?

Cinco de Mayo! For tonight’s meal I got a little crazy and used FIVE different mayos. My wife thinks I’m crazy. Here’s a run down of what we made! Chicken enchiladas with a green sauce using @hellmansmayonaise. Shrimp tacos with red cabbage, red onion, avocado, tomato and a fiery sriracha sauce using @sirkensingtons. Chicken and beef flautas with a cilantro avocado using using @mccormickcorp mayonesa with lime and a spicy cholula sauce with @kraft_brand mayo. The fire grilled eloteswere coated with @dukes_mayonnaise, cotija, paprika and cilantro. Served with mexican rice and refried beans. I sprinkled cotija on almost everything. This was a gigantic and everything turned out amazing!
