Drinks like a nice and standard Belgian dubbel -- smells of caramel and some dark fruit and has a moderate amount of sweetness. Moderate carbonation helps lift it off the palate a bit, though a decent amount of dark fruit and sweetness lingers in the finish.

An diesem Freitag ist die Markthalle gut besucht. Viele Touristen sind unterwegs, internationale als auch deutsche. Ein langes Wochenende verbringen etliche in Berlin und schauen in der Halle und an der Bar vorbei. Und heute wirkt die Zeitumstellung noch nach, ist es doch ungewohnt ein Stout im Hellen zu trinken. V. hat Geburtstag, eine Reihe Leute sind extra wegen ihr gekommen.
Mein heutiges System ist: 1 Hazy Heidi, 1 White IPA, 1 IPA Solero, 1 Double IPA, 1 Stout. Einen Kiezliter Hazy Heidi und eine Flasche All In nehme ich mit nach Hause. Demnächst werden die Winterbiere vom Hahn genommen und die Frühlingsbiere angeklöppelt. Ob das noch vor Ostern sein wird? Ich bin gespannt…
