Headcanon that in some universes - including Earth-838 (the Illuminati verse from Multiverse of Madness) - Vision is in fact a living mutant and not an android. Victor Shade is his birth name and Vision is his “mutant name” because his mutant powers are probably enhanced vision or something similar. Perhaps he shares some abilities with his android counterpart (like phasing through solid matter), as well as his signature extreme intelligence which won him a job at the Xavier School. Regardless, he and Wanda have found each other in every universe, since they’re soulmates. And this is why Billy and Tommy are “human” in Earth-838; their father is a fertile living being, so Wanda didn’t need to create them with Chaos Magic.
