Day One: Hollywood Studios!
Part 2

After the wonders of Potatoland, it was time for another visit to the Walt Disney Museum at Hollywood Studios! Yes please! We had fun showing my wife this area of the park, which she hadn't seen before. I really can't encourage you enough to check this out for yourself if you can, and if you happen to love Disney history!
It was neat to see these original Charlotte Clark Mickey and Minnie Mouse plushes since getting those cool replicas a couple of weeks ago.
However, while it’s great to admire the museum or any of the cool vintage Disney posters all over the area, our big thing with this latest Hollywood Studios visit was finally doing some of the stuff we haven’t gotten around to.
This included finally seeing the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! It was so much fun in person, and Irwin was only a little concerned for Indy. Seeing videos of the show just didn’t do it justice.
This collection of concept art for Hoppers was one of Irwin’s favorite new things to see.
We also checked out some of the shops, although we weren’t going to get anything or anyone quite yet. I wanted us to pace ourselves a bit because after all, we had two more full days to go!
While I don’t unfortunately have any pictures of Irwin enjoying Fantasmic (the look of wonder in his eyes, oh my goodness!), I do have him checking out the atmosphere at the Sci-fi Dine-in Theater Restaurant. We loved the place, grateful that we could finally have a meal there. The burgers and salads were so tasty!
One of our last adventures of the night was checking out Unfairly Ever After for the first time! Another Disney Parks attraction I kept missing out on, this show focuses on Disney villains with amazing and silly performances by the cast members playing Cruella, Captain Hook, and Maleficent. The music is great fun, and the visual effects are so memorable!
It was a perfect ending to a perfect day. We were exhausted! But with two more days to explore two other WDW parks, we were ready for anything. Tomorrow, Animal Kingdom for the first time!
