Hair - With the cold/wind in the Vale, hairstyles where the hair is pulled back from the face would probably be preferred. This is merged with the relative wealth in the Vale which can be showed off through hair nets and pearl accents, with long hair being shown off as an indicator of wealth - having maids to brush and take care of it, but still needing to be pulled back due to the weather.

Dresses - Swiss/The Alps influences. Rich and detailed fabrics to convey wealth, relatively structured with high or covered necklines. Capes are useful to guard against the wind and lots of fur lined cloaks (again wealth), of course there's a lot of blue for house Arryn, but other houses (e.g Royce) would favour others (browns and blacks) but in similar styles.

Dressing Westeros - The Vale

Hair/Veils - These are some fancy women, pearls, jewels, lace literally everything would be used to convey their wealth and esteemed valyrian heritage. Lots of intricate veils/hair nets that are heavily decorated.

Dresses - Always ornate, extremely detailed and expensive clothes with an ancient roman/greek influence. Line one is for house Velaryon with lots of sea blues and scale motifs. Line two is house Celtigar (which we don't know much about) but im assuming crab motifs and intricate embroidery and details within clothing. Line three is finally house Targaryen, with many deep blood red fabrics together with black, bottom left is a dress i pictured for young Rhaenyra while middle gives Visenya vibes and bottom right possibly house Targaryen before the doom in more simple clothes as a lesser house in Old Valyria

Dressing Westeros - Valyrian Houses

Hair - braided back, usually half up/half down as long hair is to be shown off - while also combating with the storms/winds so this is down to keep hair out of the face. Decorated hair nets would also be favoured to display wealth while also serving a purpose.

Dresses - Very structred with high necklines and heavy fabrics to compete against the wind/weather. A relatively wealthy area which could afford more expensive fabrics and detailing. Top left i had to include as it seems the perfect dress for House Tarth. Obviously not all the houses would favour the black/yellow colouring as house Baratheon would but they seem the best example

Dressing Westeros - The Stormlands

Hair - Mostly down and with simple-ish braids, easy enough to do with little to no help and doesn't take up much time, Northern women would be more focused on daily tasks then spending time on complex braids, especially without ladies in waiting.

Dresses - Nordic and Russian/Eastern European influences, dresses made with heavy fabrics in relatively simple styles with small amounts of embroidery. Lots of fur lining - especially with richer houses - to ensure heat retention.

Dressing Westeros - The North

Hair/Veils - Again an emphasis on long hair, with more complex braids - sometimes with ribbons or other accents. More religious (by that i mean faith of the seven) houses such as Bracken or Frey might prefer hair veiling and of course i had to include a fishtail braid, quite fitting.

Dresses - The Riverlands are a rich area in Westeros (despite being plowed over everytime the kingdoms go to war - which is often enough), I took more medieval-esque inspiration for them with flowy dresses that have varying levels of complexity in regards to embroidery and accessories. Such as woven/chain belts to hang around the waist.

Dressing Westeros - The Riverlands

Hair - Simple braids and mostly hair left down. Braids being learnt most likely from northern women stolen in raids presumably and then taught to the wilding population over the ages.

Clothes - Lots of fabrics thrown together along with pelts, archaic-like style with a viking inspiration. Heat retention prioritised over fashion, increasing the further north you go.

Dressing Westeros - Beyond the Wall

Hair - One word, ostentatious. Lots of complex and interwoven braids which help signify the wealth of the region and the amount of leisure time and maids/ladies in waiting available for this styles to occur. Pearls, jewels and hairnets are all used as decoration with higher born ladies using these to convey their station.

Dresses - A very large tudor/italian renaissance influence, with lots of intricate details and rich, heavy fabrics. Lower necklines are compiled with necklaces to draw attention to features. Top right is how I pictured Cersei when visiting Winterfell with fur lining and expensive, structured fabrics.

Dressing Westeros - The Westerlands

Hair - I believe braids of a relatively simple nature or styles in which hair is pulled back from the face would be preferred. Though unlike other parts of Westeros there isn't that much of an expectation of long hair, resulting in more shoulder length or shorter hair being more acceptable then it would be on the mainland.

Clothes - Heavier fabrics for formal occasions that can be decorated with embroidery and furs, while lighter fabrics and leather armour(?) used more commonly as a precaution (heavy dresses make you more likely to drown). Dresses are made with mainly wool, with more expensive fabrics reserved for women of higher station.
