Haha that Daphne and Politea post is taking much longer than anticipatedā¦ I am unfortunately fighting a bad cold and a double ear infection, so itās taking some time to work on things. Hopefully I get better soon, but who knows at this point :ā)
I promise Iām working on the lore for Daphne and Politea, but Iām also currently also working on Dreamix.
This is pissing me off. I have five million(four-five) concepts and am struggling to settle on one.
Dreamix is such a weird transformations in the sense i really like it, but it makes no sense to me. Like, it does not look like something associated with dreams and is rather closer to something associated with light. All of them having the same damn bodysuit also pisses me off? Because itās all form fitting and doesnāt fit right for a transformation revolving around dreams. Dreams are fluid and foggy, shouldnāt the outfits reflect that??
Maybe Iāll attempt something else in the meantime
Thinking about doing something with the Nemesis from WOW, and the Dreamix/Onyrix forms.
Considering them being the different sides of the same form, earned by defeating your Nemesis, but acceptance vs overpowering.
Dreamix, the dream form, you accept the darkest version of yourself and merge, kind of like a āno, *we* are sparrow-hawkā moment. (Is that reference too niche?)
Onyrix, the nightmare form, you beat the ever-loving shit out of your Nemesis and devour its remains overpower and consume it.
Now, big divergence: all witch forms are actually (wingless) Onyrix.
(Although I will admit Dreamix has slightly more visual vibes in common with known witch-fits)
So a couple months back I thought it'd be fun to redesign Cosmix because I was (and still am) tired of Winx transformations essentially being the same outfit recolored.
But I was thinking. Cosmix isn't the only one with that issue, most transformations after Believix do.
So what if I redesigned them again?
I just need to know: which transformation needs a redesign the most?
