what would you do if there were limits?
because there are.
this borders on a self-helpy teenager revelation, but iâm annoyed so whatever. and i wanted to write, which is awesome given the creative desert wasteland iâve been dragging my feet through lately.
i hate being asked what iâd do if i had no limits. i find it to be utterly the most discouraging thing. first of all, i donât come by imagining possibilities for myself easily.Â
second, it is a false premise and itâs a truly overwhelming question. itâs also pointless. i need a framework.  somewhere to direct my ambitions. why on earth would i want to waste my already-precious ability to imagine futures on outcomes that are completely outside of the realm of possibility? how am i supposed to get inspired by something that i know deep within me is just not a *there* i can get to from *here.*
instead, i wish someone would help me to see my limits clearly, so i could assess my options from the ground of attainable realities.
call me a naysayer, but i ainât havinâ it.
