I agree with you about Sterek, I think the reason I like Stiles is because he is the comic relief but I think he has matured some compared to his season one self in regards to Lydia.
To some effect, perhaps. I've just never been particularly convinced of Lydia's changing feelings? Idk, they just really don't do anything for me.

Is it? Does it end differently? Like, I didn't think the movie was bad at all (there was some truly AMAZING acting going on there), but I didn't care at all for the message sent by the ending of it all.

Okay, trust me when I say that I rarely buy into the "oh they're fighting it must mean SECRET ATTRACTION" trope because really, it is very rarely handled well or effectively. and I mean, their relationship is not nearly that simple--this isn't just about someone rubbing you the wrong way, this is straight up about survival.
But you can also trust me when I say that yes, yes it changes. A LOT. Gradually from pretty much the second episode, but it becomes super apparent around 1x07 and only builds from there. :)
Also, I wouldn't label it as horror at all. Definitely suspenseful at times, and it sure as hell doesn't pull the emotional punches, but not scary in a horror-movie scary sort of way. I don't like scary stuff either lol says the girl who watched Hannibal once upon a time

yeah the last 10 minutes were pretty ridiculous - abigail came back (OMG yay) and pushed alana out a window (??), and then hannibal stabbed everyone and will, abigail, alana and jack are all bleeding to death as the episode ended. ????
would it be over-reacting if I just set everything on fire?Â
