In which Disney FINALLY gave us some stand alone Dr. Drakken merch. However they sold it at 'Movie Park Germany' for some reason.

They were enamel pins of Drakken in various outfits. They were pretty high in quality with a shiny finish.

You could get 4 types:

- Pop idol (apparently from an alternative take on the episode 'Hidden Talent') and the one I bought.

- Cowboy (he either got hit in the gut by a mechanical bull or rocket powered cactus... But I think it maybe is the bull after all the longer I try to remember it).

- The one where he stands is just him in his regular outfit but there were differences which I cannot place. Hence why I didn't draw it fully.

- The last one will remain a mystery to all of us I guess. I have no idea what the fourth one was.

Japan has so many arcades! I am fully addicted to UFO catchers but it was just impossible for me to win. My husband however was a straight up professional grabbing things left and right. NGL, jealous.

Got inspired by a preview of last week's wedding photo shoot of my husband and I.

The things we do for our health huh.

To maintain my Vitamin D levels, I take two Vitamin D pills a day after dinner and have to sunbathe with bare skin (head, neck and hands) for 20 to 40 minutes without sunscreen. I cheat the system by just hanging outside my windowsill because I don't want to go outside in the mornings 🫠

This is all consulted with my dietician and my GP doctor, of course.

If you suspect yourself of having low Vitamin levels or so, do NOT just start taking vitamin supplements! Do not randomly take advice from influencers or trendy health tips.

Good balanced meals, in depth research and a consultation from a professional (and mostly blood work) is what helped me!

Also protect yourself from UV rays when going outside. The body only needs a few minutes (more if you're POC like me) to make vitamine D. So after those minutes, take the time to put on sunscreen to protect yourself!

😔 Normally I don't like reality shows but badly in love/ラヴ上等 had an iron grip on me. Knowing how shows most of the time narrate and force people in roles for easy view rates bothers me... But something about seeing these 'social out casts' trying to form connections with one another, sharing their pain and becoming friends pulls on my heartstrings.
