Elephant Shrew
This is my pic of an elephant shrew.
It is a small mammal native to Africa, which looks very much like a rodent and belongs to the order of Macroscelidea. It isn't actually a real shrew though, and is more related to real elephants and our lovable sea cow, the manatee. It was just named the Elephant Shrew by the English from their perceived resemblance of its long flexible snout to an elephant's trunk!
It has big eyes, long ears and runs very swiftly. It is also very insectivorous in its diet, and lives around 1-2 years.
