Rosé was in charge of picking the movies, as she had some in mind. the three of them agreed on doing a 3 movie marathon, as per Rosé's special request.

"i found this trilogy in a bargain bin, it looks like total utter garbage. itll be great!" Rosé kicked her foot up as she exitedly showed 2 of her favorite people in the world her catch. the covers were completely covered in pink, glitter and pink glitter. in fact, Grandma was sure zie saw actual physical glitter flutter off the dvds and to the ground when Rosé shook them for emphasis. actually, how much of the cover was the actual cover art and how much of it was decoration someone slathered all over it?

"are you sure you didnt find this in the garbage bin?" york's expression stayed his classic resting face but the others could always tell his tone, this time it was seemingly uninpressed.

"theyre basically the same right?" "in price i mean. cause i dont pay-"

"yeah yeah we know you stole these, more importantly, what the heck are they? i cant even read the title on the cover."

"i dunno, lets find out!"

and thus, the drawtectives' garbage bargain-bin trilogy-marathon was in motion. next step: snacks!

Grandma was in charge of making the popcorn, until leaf made too many corn puns and was banished to the fridge dimension to get juice.

Meanwhile, Rosé and York were left to argue about the salt-butter ratio for the popcorn.

"what, are you afraid of a little salt? back in the northern tribes we used to eat salt rocks as movie snacks." york teasingly shaked the cat-shaped salt shaker (courtasy of Rosé).

"yeah, i am afraid of sodium overload! we'll just get sick if we use this much salt." Rosé was on her tip-toes trying to pry the shaker out of York's hand.

"just like that character in bark attack! thats the only movie we had in the northern tribes." just then Grandma made it back into the room.

"hey guys, i wasnt sure what juice to bring so i just brought all four- woah, are you adding pepper to the popcorn?"

York and Rosé exchanged puzzled glances before groaning.

"dang it! i always forget which one is which!" Rosé exclaimed before grabbing the dog-shaped (courtesy of Gma) shaker instead, letting go of York's arm and therefore letting him grind pepper all over the poor, innocent kernals.

"YORK!!"

"its okay, im sure it'll still taste good! itll be a new experience!" said the ever-positive Grenda.

"im sorry guys, i was exited i won the salt-match and forgot Grandma said that." York didnt look very sorry.

Rosé sighed. "well, as Grendan said, itll be a new experience…" York cheered.

next step, settling on the couch! York was in charge of that. his big arms made great back pillows for Rosé and Grenda, while still being long enough to reach the remote. dont think about that one too much, it makes sense i promise.

with their massive bowl of fresh, generously-seasoned popcorn, numerous bottles of juice and comfy cuddle position, all that was left was turn the movies on.
