This is Tiny Dragon Anon... or Actual Dragon Anon now, I suppose. Longan said it would be fine to share the Dragon Transformation ritual with you, but I'm not great at explaining things, so keep that in mind.
Logan and the other Dragon Cookies made a special tonic for me to drink, though they didn't tell me what was in it (they don't want just anybody to become a dragon you know). I will say that it tasted fiery and sweet at the same time. I spent most of the next several hours laying face down in my backyard, in too much pain to stand or move, while I grew a tail and horns.
The dragons made me drink another several tonics over the next few days, though Longan also beamed me a few times with his Dragon Eyes to strengthen my draconic energy. I can tell you the most jarring thing about the whole experience was turning into my full dragon form for the first time, since my dragon form is quadrupedal rather than bipedal (which is what most people are used to).
I'm actually still transforming, as Longan explained that I'll eventually be a dragon that can turn into a human rather than a human that can turn into a dragon (they insist there is a difference).
If you have further questions, feel free to ask!
First off, Ame's Founts here.
Thank you for sharing the ritual with us! We will not write down the ingredients to the tonic out of respect to your dragons.
Second of all, it is interesting that the dragons have a different ritual, but it makes sense because the costumes are used for the ancients, virtues and legendaries, all of which don't need to transform into a dragon. We theorize that the dragons themselves looked at it and decided the costumes were not enough for the ritual, and made their own. It could be possible it is the other way around, but we can't be sure.
Have the dragons figured out which dragon you are turning into yet? And please do update us about the ritual as it progresses, we would like to document the rituals because it is lost to time, and it seems one of your dragons still remembers it.
Also, this is important for family tree tracking, what is your surname?
