This gender can be described in 3 main ways:

- a female dragon connected to womanhood/femininity in the context of being a dragon, but connects to gender neutrality or genderlessness in the context of being a human

- a female dragon that is perceived to be gender neutral or genderless by others (mainly humans)

- someone that is connected to womanhood/femininity in a draconic way, but otherwise identifies as gender neutral or genderless

There's other ways to describe this gender, these are just what I had in mind when I coined it. Don't feel restricted by these descriptions.

This is mostly aimed towards dragonkin or anyone else who may identify as or with dragons, and have difficulty describing their womanhood/femininity in the context of human gender. However, this term can be used by anyone.
