The dracolisk, a 6-legged fusion of basilisk and black dragon, has both a petrifying gaze and an acid breath attack (Jim Holloway, AD&D Monster Manual II, 1983). The dracolisk first appeared in module S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth in 1982 and was updated through several editions, but has not received an official 5e statblock. 3rd-party versions sometimes allow for other chromatic dragon variants mixed with basilisk traits.
Been ages since I last drew (gosh I hate this word) Hond, the Very Ordinary dracolisk that definitely isn't a Courage spirit poorly masquerading as one. It doesn't approve of Solas.

My rook design
I also redesigned qunari to make them more of their own thing instead of just big humans with horns. For Truffle I drew over the official concept art cause I was exhausted from doing the outfit.
