classic - probably one of the best options to cuddle. he sleeps a lot, and if you offer to keep him company he WILL curl up against you and probably cling to you in whatever way he can. make sure you're comfortable because there's no way you're getting up for the next hour or so. he likes having his head right over your heart, so he likes to be facing you or in your lap, depending on positioning. once he's asleep, he won't move much except to shift positions a little. overall a really good cuddle if you don't mind being trapped for a while. 8/10

swap - enjoys cuddles, but you have to catch him during his free time if you want to snuggle for longer than five minutes. he's easily swayed from his work if you ask nicely, but he'll be distracted thinking about it. for his full, undivided attention, it's better to cuddle him in the evening or on a day when he's not busy. he likes to hold, but doesn't mind being held. blue is really good at adjusting to whatever position you're both comfortable in. likes to trace shapes on you with his fingers and nibble at your neck and face. always has to have his arms around you or he's "not doing it right." another really great option for cuddles. 7/10

fell - like classic, red is always looking for ways to avoid work. offer cuddles at any time of the day and he will basically always say yes. likes to hold you in his lap if he's at one of his sentry stations, and insists on being the big spoon. though... if you want to hold him instead, you can probably achieve that with a little bit of bribery and puppy eyes. his hoodie is fluffy and makes for a really nice pillow, but it does smell pretty bad like 90% of the time (unless you've caught him on a day after papyrus managed to steal it and wash it). will probably fall asleep on top of you or holding you in a way that will 100% prevent you from getting up. and he will absolutely hold on tighter if he feels you trying to get up. like blue, he likes to nibble at you and whisper in your ear. if you fall asleep and someone does ANYTHING that night disturb you, he'll make sure they don't do that again :) a good snuggle. 7/10

cross - it takes some guidance and reassurance, but eventually he'll settle down and cuddle quite nicely. if his hoodie is on, you get the nice added bonus of being able to nuzzle into his big fluffy hood. if you ask, he'll let you wear it. it's really cozy, to no one's surprise. cross is very very snuggly once you give him the ok, and likes being pressed as close as possible. like classic, he likes to keep his head near your heart, no matter what position you're in. he's a sweetheart. 9/10

horror - lots of similarities to red. horror will absolutely curl around you protectively, and doesn't like to let you get up unless he knows where you're going. he also has a fluffy hoodie, but on occasion it might smell worse than red's, considering. well. the murder. regardless, he's a big guy who likes to wrap himself around you as much as possible. does a LOT of nuzzling and will always end with his head on your shoulder or on top of your head. also not opposed to scooting down a bit to listen to your heart. extremely cozy cuddle for such a scary guy. 8/10

killer - not as clingy as horror unless he's playing it up for a bit (read: to annoy you). this guy is a little restless, though maybe not as much as ink. still, if you can get him to settle down, he likes to hold you around the waist and nuzzle into your chest or stomach. pro tip: if you pat his head you can keep him there longer. likes to poke and prod at you just to get reactions, so be aware of his wandering hands if you're ticklish. he won't be deterred if you pin his hands. in fact, he might be the exact opposite of deterred and start making flirty comments. annoying, but that's just how he is anyway. 6/10

dust - surprisingly, he likes to cuddle quite a lot. prefers to be held so you can wrap yourself around him and keep his hallucinations quiet. usually he keeps his hands tucked against his chest, but if he's particularly relaxed he'll reach around to hold you in return. doesn't move much once he's comfortable, and doesn't say much either. he doesn't fall asleep as easily as classic or fell, so he's content to lie there and listen to you talk or hum to him. unexpectedly sweet, 9/10.

nightmare - he doesn't do actual cuddles unless it's just you and him, which means usually you end up in his bed. between the extremely soft blankets and his hands tracing your face, it's kind of heavenly. he likes to wrap his tentacles around you to bring you closer to him. he also really enjoys running his fingers over your skin. he's naturally cold, so cuddles with nightmare are most ideal during the warmer seasons. honestly, not as terrible of a choice as it might seem. 8/10

error - he doesn't really do cuddles. or touching of any kind. if you ask particularly nicely, though, he might make a doll of himself for you to hold. i dunno if i can rate this one considering it's not the actual guy, but the gesture is sweet.

ink - talkative. the cuddling itself isn't too bad, if you don't mind his hands wandering and trying to touch literally every inch of you. you'd think he'd have you totally memorized by now, since he draws you so often, but apparently not. if you're most comfortable on your back, he'll lie on top of you like the world's lightest weighted blanket ever. might casually kick his feet in the air while he talks to you. extremely silly, 7/10

dream - so. fucking. cozy. i guess that's to be expected with the literal guardian of positivity, but still. you will have the best sleep of your goddamn LIFE if you're with this guy. just be sure to ask him to cuddle if you haven't before, because even if he wants to cuddle you too, he's very shy about admitting it. doesn't mind any position, but he's especially fond of tucking his head right under your chin and curling up against you. he's warm, almost like a sunbeam. literally perfect, 10/10.

fresh - not a fan of sitting still, but if you're lucky you can catch him on the rare occasion that he does. if you plan to nap with him, this guy doesn't really sleep, so he'll just sit there and stare at you until you wake up again. likes to wrap his arms around you and rest his chin on your head if you're sitting. if you're lying down, he likes having your head on his chest. not a terrible cuddle, but also not really ideal. fresh would rather just pick you up and carry you around while he's on the move. 6/10.
