Becoming a halfa rendered Danny sterile. When he first found out about this, Danny didn't really care much. I mean, he was a teenager/young adult, so he wasn't exactly thinking about kids. But now, as he's older, he's a bit sad. He knows he has other options, adopting kids, or marrying someone with with kids, he could still be a dad, but a small part of him can't help but still feel sad, can't help but still want a biological kid.

And then he was presented with an opportunity. After crashing a new pop up cloning lab with the rest of the Justice League, Phantom stumbles upon the only stable pod. Inside, is a little baby with sparkling white hair, and a small, stable, baby ghost core. The moment Phantom holds them, hes smitten, chirping and cooing over the delicate little bundle in his arms, all but melted when they reached out to grasp his fingers.

The only problem was, this clone had the DNA of another hero, another hero also had claim to this baby, but Phantom wasn't sure he'd be willing to give the baby up.

Basically: Sterile Phantom wants kids but knows it can't really happen. He works with the Justice League and one day finds a clone made using his and [hero of your choosing]'s DNA, and Phantom fears how the other "parent" will react.

Pirate x Mermaid au

Tim Drake is the CoCaptain of the Bats' Pirate Ship. While most Pirates are feared, however, the Bats tend to be Vigilantes of the sea, going after the more dangerous Pirate Crews that the Kings' Navy couldn't handle.

When reports come in of a sunken ship, Tim goes out to see the damage. There are seemingly no survivors, either those who lived were able to flee on lifeboats, or whoever didn't die from the crash was then eaten by the sea life itself. Before Tim could leave to make his report, he hears chirping coming from the captains quarters, and carefully checks it out.

Inside is trapped a merman, one who has definitely seen better days. His stomach was sunken in with ribs showing, his hands covered in healing scars from, what looked like, broken glass, and that was ignoring the other, more purposeful scars on his torso and tail, and his tail, a gorgeous dark blue with glowing yellow spotting reminding Tim of the night sky, was wrapped horribly in fishing net, some parts ripped and torn from the merman struggling to get free.

All Danny wanted, was to see the stars. He knew he wasn't supposed to go to the surface, but the stars were so beautiful and he wanted to know everything about them. He'd sat on that rock so many times, and never once had he been seen- until he had.

Danny remembers vividly being trapped in the horrible clear box, only being let out so the humans could cut him, and run exams on his body, before being put back into the box. He was only fed twice a week, his meals consisting of horribly harvested kelp and sea grass, not a fish or clam in sight.

Danny didn't know where they were going, or how far he was from his pod, his only comfort was that he was still able to see the stars from his containment- until the crash.

Danny can't remember much of the crash, he hit his head so much of it was fuzzy- but he remembers the clear box shattering, and pain in his hands, before one of the humans wrapped the net around him, only for the boat to tip, and for him to flea, leaving Danny alone and disoriented. When Danny finally regained his bearings, he was alone underwater but still in the blasted ship. He tried to leave, but the net kept him trapped. At least a few small fish and crabs would sometimes wander in, so he didn't starve, but he was alone, trapped, and he couldn't see the stars anymore.

Danny(23) owns a petting zoo/animal rescue a few miles outside of Gotham. he has some animals from all walks of life; reputable breeders, other rescues, kill shelters, hoarding situations, breeding mills, ect. Be it dogs, to sheep, to goats, to snakes, to lizards, ro hamsters, to chinchillas, and much more- hes got a little bit of eveything. He makes sure they all have the right set ups, and can live as idealy as possible.

Damian(9) hears about this place and of course needs to check it out. Obviously, he needs to make sure the animals are taken care of and nothing else. And Damian just, immediately falls in love with the place. All the animals are so happy and healthy and the information packets are so well put together and accurate! He is disappointed that nobody is allowed to meet the animals in recovery, but he also knows its for the animals health and safety, which he appreciates. Hes impressed, and decides Danny just has to be his new father.

Bruce(34) thought taking Damian to the petting zoo/rescue would be a nice father/son bonding thing- he did not expect his 9 year old to then try and wingman him to the petting zoo owner, who, might Bruce add, is 10 years his junior!

On Dick's way home one day he sees advertisement for a new bakery. Since he loves supporting new small businesses, he pops in to grab some assorted cupcakes for the family as dessert.

Cut to after dinner, and Tim takes a bite of the cupcake Dick picked out for him; a dark chocolate cupcake with coffee filling, and vanilla buttercream topped with a chocolate drizzle and a chocolate covered expresso bean. Needless to say, Tim is hooked! Its so decadent, but not too sweet.

The next day, after getting the name from Dick, Tim goes to the bakery for lunch and to pick up some donuts for the brake room. He orders just the donuts and his cupcake, but the owner, Danny, shoves a croissant sandwich into his hands too, telling him its bad to only eat sweets. Tim tries to pay for it, but Danny refuses playfully pushing him out the door.

The next day Tim returns, and the next, and the next, and the next. He claims hes just hooked on the food, but anyone can tell hes grown very fond of Danny, and their quip little chats. But, he's a lot less thin and much healthier looking, he's eating more meals and eating less coffee, even if his coffee consumption is still high and what he no longer drinks has just been replaced with coffee flavored sweets.

Danny has become rather fond of his first regular customer. And if this fondness has lead to him making more and more coffee flavored treats, and more non-sweet ready to go options, well then so what? No one is actually complaining.

Damian, who is certain he can't have a crush on Danny, and thus decides that his interest in Danny means there's something else afoot. Love Potion? Siren's Song? Incubus Pheromone? Damian isn't sure, but he's going to find out and put a stop to it!

I need that for Dead Tired but a little different.

Like Tim sees the vitamin bottles when he is really, really, really tired so Danny, his boyfriend who he knows fled from another dimension, being an Omega and his dimension having been an Omegaverse world makes perfect sense to him. Especially when coupled with the fact that Danny seemingly vanishes consistently for almost a week every month, he has a very sensitive nose, he can purr, he always smells pleasantly sweet, he likes giving Tim things that are vary obviously marks of possession(like Danny's shirts or hoodies), and Danny likes leaving a lot of hickeys and kiss marks around Tim's neck.

Fully certain in his thought process, Tim sets out to read as many Omegaverse stories as he can, because while hes vaguely aware of it due to a case he solved(don't ask), he's not very knowledgeable outside of the basics, but he'll be damned if he doesn't study up and learn everything there is so he can help Danny in any situation!

Danny is paying his way through collage/trade school by singing in a slightly sketchy bar in Gotham. His job is purely singing, and maybe subtly flirting with customers as he does so in order to keep their interest and get them to order more drinks, hes not involved in anything illegal.

[Bat of your choosing] is running under cover and becomes a regular at the bar to build report with the establishment. It takes no time at all for them to fall completely in love with Danny's singing voice. Yes they still run under cover because, this place just has to he tied to money laundering, or dr*gs, or something, but they'll also happily admit that if the place turned out, to somehow be, clean that they would continue to come to the bar just to hear Danny sing.
