Blossoming

So this happened last Thursday. A girl found this cutie during my horse riding lesson, and couldn’t find neither the nest nor the parents so decided to take her (which, btw, is never a good idea, but what is done is done ...). She is a baby dove, I think she (or maybe it’s a he ? I have no clue, but let’s say she) is about 3 weeks olds, can’t fly or eat on her own (even she’s trying really hard). I’m gonna release her when she is old enough to survive on her own. Until then, I try to do my best as a baby dove’s nurse/stepmom.
