Glitcher - Doom demon concept
A simple sketch for a Doom enemy concept I came up with known as the Glitcher, which is basically a revamped Tentacle Commando from Doom 3. The Glitcher is a type of mutated UAC Elite Guard from Doom 2016, and though it's heavily based on Doom 3's Tentacle Commandos, it's also inspired by the Twitcher enemies from Dead Space.
Glitchers are heavy-tier demons twice as fast as Hell Knights but not quite as tough. They move frighteningly fast and erratically teleport around, making them difficult to hit at a distance. Their heads are stuck in a phase shift, making them impossible to headshot with precision weapons. Because their bodies are constantly sputtering in and out of physical reality, they are highly resistant to falters, fire, and electricity.
In terms of combat, they only run up to you and smack you in the face with their tentacle arms, but their design and appearance are supposed to scare the player before they can effectively counter from a distance, much like Dead Space's Twitchers and Doom 3's Commandos. Their melee attacks are surprisingly strong and they can actually strike the player from a far greater range than they would expect, thanks to their extendable arms and space-time shattering properties. Glitchers can inadvertently telefrag other demons in their careless teleporting and may even cause nearby demons to become embedded in environmental structures.
Glitchers are most effectively countered with explosives such as rockets and frag grenades, and are instakilled with a direct hit from the Gauss Cannon's or Ballista's secondary fires.

War Husk - Doom demon concept
A simple sketch for an original Doom demon I came up with known as the War Husk. Inspirations included the Juggernaut from Halo, this other fan-made Doom demon, and this unrelated artwork.
Formed from the remains of human corpses, demon gore, and mech scrap, War Husks are the embodiment of Doom's flesh-and-metal aesthetic, powerful constructs created by higher demon lords such as Barons of Hell or Archviles.
Ideally, War Husks would be in an "elite" class between heavy and super-heavy, but for vanilla Doom Eternal they would fit as super heavy demons weaker than Barons of Hell. Their two sharp tentacles are incredibly flexible and can cover great distances, both for stabbing/sweeping attacks, although they also possess a shoulder-mounted plasma mortar cannon which fires a long-range high-explosive plasma shell but can be destroyed after continuous assault. Their armored shells are quite tough though their frontal armor can be destroyed to reveal the vulnerable torso of a zombified pilot, attached by tendrils and cables to the construct. This pilot is no more durable than a normal zombie and can be quickly eliminated to safely neutralize the whole War Husk. War Husks stand at 5 meters tall but are surprisingly fast and agile for their size, capable of swift movement and decent leaps.
