anytime i dont have my Very Specific ingredients And Food Items i am truly reminded that i have no fucking clue what a person eats. like yeah ive got the basics like people need the five food groups of Veggie, Fruit, Dairy, Protein, and Grain and Make It Balanced and Vitamins Are A Good THing and Healthy Vs Useless/Empty Foods and X nutrient is used for Y purpose but like. i dont know what nutrients are in what foods. or at least i dont know how much or how pure it is. im so used to My PRECIOUS schedule. im still so lost. for example i didnt have eggs this morning so in order to get Protein and Grain i ended up having a single slice of pumpernickle bread (Grain) topped with peanut butter (protein) and a spoonful leftover spaghetti sauce (cold) (protein cause of the meat.) and like i guess i technically got nutrients but that was most CERTAINLY not a normal human food combination. whats wrong with me
