It is me 7 months pregnant with my 3rd child. Yes only 7 MONTHS!! With my last 2 pregnancies I got huge! 🙄😩 With my last pregnancy after I hit 200lbs (mind you I’m only 5’3”) I stopped reading the numbers on the scale at the Dr.’s office. I gained about 70-80 lbs with each of my last 2 pregnancies (only 35 with my 1st) and my last 2 babies were only 5 and 6 lbs. THATS A TON OF EXTRA FLUFF‼️ 🤯 My Dr. used to harp at me at every post birth visit and tell me how I needed to loose the weight because my weight just kept climbing. Heck I had returned back to work as the new owner of my childcare center 7️⃣ days after giving birth!! I had zero time to focus on me at that point. I used to see photos of girls with abs and cry because I wanted that so bad!! GUESS WHAT!!?? I may never have that because my stomach was stretched to epic proportions 3 times!!’ Yes some females can have 3 or more babies and bounce right back. I didn’t unfortunately. 🥺 Now my point of all of this is....I’m trying so hard to be the best version of myself, but if the way my abs look now are the BEST they will ever look I will be happy with that.
