So tonight was like a kick off to @jawbreakerband week at the @thefillmore in #SanFrancisco with another viewing of #DontBreakDown at @drafthousesf. I missed out the first time when the documentary premiered and the band was present for a Q&A. I also missed out on their pre-RIot Fest gigs in the Bay Area, but luckily this week me and @melgutzjr get to make up for missing out last year. #Jawbreaker was one of my favorite bands in the 90’s, but the documentary was like getting reacquainted with the band again as they haven’t gigged or put out new material in a long time. It’s going to be interesting to finally see the band perform again this week. I wonder if the same magic will be there or will I feel the same as those song were the soundtrack of my college years. I’m sure it’s all gonna be fun. [just a little tidbit, that group photo of the band was taken on 23rd & Mission St in SF.
