REASONS TOBY ISNT DEAD

Okay, I've kinda noticed this like entire season is going like season 1. There are multiple things that are parallels (probably because they want to finish like it started). Anyways, Toby got into that motorcycle accident and it looked like he was going to be dead like a doormat. But he wasn't. They are going to make us think he's been dead for like 7 episodes and then BAM Toby is alive. I mean, how many times has this dude "died" and ended up alive? Like maybe it's the fact Hook keeps coming back and no one stays dead on this show that's giving me trust issues. Like it wouldn't surprise me if freaking Noel Kahn is alive
