He's a multi-instrumentalist, audiophile, and is a foley artist so these are perfect for him.🥹 I will have to try out the scale if it would be perfect for him too, I just didn't have the time to check. There's also a mic with a mic stand included, it's just not in the photo.

WiP - Little Display Coffin

I found a little wooden coffin during my stay in Bavaria and knew it would be perfect for my pumpkin dolls. I do plan to use it for photoshootings or as piece to display dolls in it.

This is how it looked like originally, yeah the wood with the burned corners looked nice already but I wanted more.

So for the paintjob I worked with orange, green, white and black, also a bit of yellow for the inside.

Then I sanded it a bit for a more used look.

WiP - New Doll Sword Pt 2

Added the rivets before I went to bed and next step was the final layer of white paint to be added.

After this has dried I need to add some primer to continue with the golden highlights.

Same game as with the bigger cosplay sword adhesive needed to be added and then waiting for another 20 minutes. To be honest I switched between the swords and somehow lost motivation in the process as it was just tiring and too much gold at once.

But I am glad the doll sword has an overall smaller surface and therefore was faster done. Plus as I gave it a lot of battle damage I didn't need to cover up everything.

After weathering the final layer of primer followed and the cross. I am not sure if I glossed the whole sword as I worked on the OG sword last year, but I was a bit tired of ... swords.

But here is Allen with his new sword =)

WiP - Mini Sword

Okay I had this in mind for a while and as I was really fed up with sewing after all those sewing project I let my Insta followers decide what to do next and apparently... people liked swords.

Issue was first I didn't calculate the sword in and used up a lot of my EVA Foam in the thickness I needed for this and Kaneki's mask. Kaneki's mask had priority though.

But then I remembered I don't need to make the same steps as with the bigger swords so I used the thick foam as base and glued thinner layers on top to cover up the little slit I made for the core.

Then I battled with the handle somehow it didn't work like I wanted it to work. I made some pattern for the decorations later and put it aside for a while.

And I truly came up with a solution which was working with pieces. I glued on more and more and somehow it felt a bit repitive but not in a good way.

So I decided to go wild with battle damage.

Adding battle damage is always the most fun part for me so it brought me enough joy to continue to glue on the pieces.

Sadly I was out of primer which was a reason why I had to take a break on the other sword q_q
