I was thinking this item might be good for people with special needs too because I bet you can find a way to strap this to your wheelchair or walker, so than you might not have to worry about the pet pulling you. For instance I have a brittle bone disease so if I had something I could just strap to my chair to securely hold my dog down and not have to worry about her hurting me or herself that be awesome and I’m thinking that might be possible with this because the leash part looks longer than the typical ones that hold your dog down in a car but yet it doesn’t look to long to where it could fully pull you.
