Doc Genesis is a bit of a quieter villain. He tends to face off with the famed Hermes - though he is hardly the hero's arch-nemesis.
While his motives are unclear, Dr. Genesis' goal remains relatively the same every time he cooks up trouble: he is bent on creating sentient artificial life. The 'life' part he's got down pat. The 'sentient'.... not so much.
Classed as a mad scientist, the Doctor is begrudgingly allowed to continue his work between the occasional outbreak of mutant beasts from his lab. He isn't mad -all- the time.
