Double Bladed Handaxe Weapon (handaxe), common

These special handaxes were designed to deal more damage than the regular handaxe. When they hit, they deal 2d6 slashing damage. However, due to the design of these axes, the range they can be thrown is drastically reduced to 10/30.

All attacks made with this weapon as a melee weapon are made with disadvantage. The bulky nature of the weapon is hard to handle.

Surprise! Here's one more Halloween homebrew before the holiday comes; a pack containing two spooky monsters. The fearmee is only a CR 1 enemy, but it's a wee bit complicated, as it can only attack things that are frightened of it. It tracks its prey using its keen nose and then terrifies them by transforming into their darkest fears. The corpse wolf, meanwhile, is a CR ½ creature which pretends to be a dead wolf to lure in its prey. The corpse wolf was actually one of my first ever NPC homebrews and was part of a monster pack when I first launched my patreon, however the rest of the pack wasn't really up to scratch so I deleted it. I still love the corpse wolf, though, so like Frankenstein's monster I decided to bring it back from the dead.

A spectral, floating hand appears. You can use your action to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents out of a vial. Good luck.
