I love who I am and love what I do! I really am inspired by people and love meeting them where they are and embracing their essence, culture and cuisine! With that said, I had the honor and pleasure to eat Ethiopian cuisine and love the rich and succulent flavors of my sister Tizita’s homeland. She even showed me the act of love with “gursha” and fed me! When eating INGERA (the tan crepe around the outside of he container), a person uses his or her right hand to strip off a piece, wraps it around some wat or kitfo ( also in the container) and puts it into your mouth. What a great experience hands down!! Embrace new things with an open mind and you will be blessed from it!! #dlightbearer #dyounglife
