Instructions: Sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut should be combined in a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly until everything is well combined. Using tiny amounts of the coconut mixture, shape them into rectangular bars and place an almond in the middle of each one. To firm them up, put the coconut bars on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for half an hour. Place the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until it is smooth and completely melted. Take the coconut bars out of the freezer, then thoroughly coat each one by dipping it into the melted chocolate. Reposition them on the tray lined with parchment paper. Allow the chocolate-covered bars to settle for approximately 60 minutes or until the chocolate solidifies. Your imitation almond joy candy bars are now ready to eat! Any leftovers should be kept in an airtight container.
