..."In the spectrum of being, some may choose to surround themselves with light, while others will choose to surround themselves in darkness, either way it all stems from our choice! When we do not know what we want our mind will make these decisions for us, whispering thoughts from our conditioned past which keeps us limited in cycles of suffering. Surrounded by darkness some may feel empowered by the illusion and only care for themselves, as a worship of ego can become like a religion for some, but we know this is like worshiping a myth or a ghost! Some may create a strong 'image' of the self, but they lack the art of relationship and integration, without this insight one can only do so much alone. And this is the limitation with the western ego mind, we have split ourselves into two, we have allowed the unconscious process to flow and work through ourselves unnoticed. Think of the light that comes from the sun as it shines upon us both day and night, just because we cannot see the sun at night does not mean that it is not there radiating upon our heart and spirit. Same goes for our inner life, just because the unconscious process is not visible for some does not mean that it does not exist, for just shifting our 'I' to EYE flips the polarity and returns our crystal clear vision! This clarity shows that our true essence is carried like the wind, thus why we take a deep breath or meditate to refocus on our being. Within each inhale allows for the expansion of our inner spirit, just as the angels that fly who take themselves lightly, and within each exhale is our release and surrender, as we must recognize that our suffering does not last forever.
