So I decided to watch the second ep of Sam & Cat before diving into the feels of Teen Wolf. Only a few minutes in and it is proving to be much better than the first episode, which wasn't bad on its own. Dan Schneider's shows always reference each other, but they about overdosed on them already by having Sam look at the tv guide and showing in universe shows such as Divertisimo (the show Tori's sister was on in Victorious), Schwimmer diaries and extreme groin injuries from Icarly, shows from nickelodeon that featured stars from icarly and victorious such as Zoey 101, Drake and Josh and All that and lots of other funny stuff. Then, when the girls freak out over their favorite show being canceled, its a direct jab at Nickelodeon about canceling Victorious despite it being well liked. Sam asks why anyone would cancel a hit show that everyone loves, and then they follow it up by stating that it didn't even get a big send-off finale, much as Victorious didn't. I think this is going to be better than I expected. Edit: I just realized why their favorite show is called "that's a drag." All the characters in it are in drag, I hadn't noticed that at the beginning of the episode. That's kinda progressive I think.
