yk i have been lately getting into like bits of horror and or like doomed bullshit- it lowkey makes me wanna like make DISTRICT 13 like an actual series. i honestly dont plan for its main genre being action (god forbid i draw action scenes) but i do plan it having some psychological aspects (esp about morality) keep in mind chat that i will use color to foreshadow things or use it as a way to tell the narrative. the main one im using for some important scenes.. is the color yellow.

Honestly, if Suzanne ever writes another book it should be either about plutarch, the first games, or the 25th games. Anything else would be a bit of a reach ngl. Maybe something about district 13, but considering how the hunger games themselves are the main instrument she uses to tell the history, it might not work.
In your headcanon when did Peeta, in canon realize his distrust of 13 was more then just his instincts?
I think he might have had distrust of 13 before he even ended up there. But for sure it was maybe a little less than the Capitol. When he was hijacked, I think it also existed but the tracker-jacker venom gave his emotions a different priority. Katnissโ association with 13 maybe played part in the distrust. Iโm not sure whether to consider it as a huge part or minuscule- but Post War, Peetaโs trust of 13 definitely skyrocketed. With hindsight examination and perspective, he probably thinks of the earliest point of distrust no matter when it first took hold.
