Read scientific study on the effects of the terrorist attacks on EU airports permanently made workplace safety the central concern around the world, it drove-up anxiety/sick days/need for security & lower productivity & brain fog--something another article claimed was the lasting effect of covid on many who feel confused in general.

It mentioned how colleagues are more guarded & less hospitable to visitors and foreigners, especially Muslims, it lowered collaboration among other things. So PTSD, an entire era is affected; forever drained of hope, waiting for the other shoe to drop like that lady from Russia who is locked in a time period where war devastated her homeland. Everything I asked her about, she would tie it back to the war period like it was happening right now, which it kind of is I suppose, but she was a patient in the stroke ward so I doubt she was watching the news. I just was so confused by her, she seemed like she was normal, she didn't really have this dreamlike look to her which would have helped me clue in that she's not really here. I felt like I didn't have a grip on reality after, like I couldn't read people like a book.

I felt like Alice in Wonderland there, made me think of those movies where I'm in the lunatic asylum, where they still perform labotamies to cure ppl of their personality disorders or "sadness." Apparently that was something worth cutting out pieces of your brain for, which is crazy.. Stepford Housewives much?

It's so weird how shortly after having spoken to her, I read a random comment online by a retired nurse in the US, who claimed to have the same experience how crystal clear people's memory was of the Great San Francisco Earthquake 1906.. like it happened yesterday to these super senior people in their nineties. Then Manis Friedman said it's like undergoing severe traumatic childhood helps ppl to outlive others.

Like here is your superpower: Keep telling everyone you meet about what happened, you are a witness.

None of this is driven by algorithms since it was life then www; and that is why I believe GOD is personally overseeing every little detail. I appreciate how this adds to the concept of how what we do to others ends up hurting us also, that these isolated incidents of terrorism in a single region actually spreads out to affect the collective consciousness of everyone in the whole world. This was something the researchers were extremely puzzled over, they couldn't come up with a plausible explanation. I get their meaning, bc back in a day they used to regularly report on the terrorist bombings in Israel on the daily and no one seemed to care.
