If someone says something, tells you white people are ugly, or bigots, or that “all babies are ugly because they look white when they are born” or are stupid you can’t say anything and there is no one to go to.

They've given up on me or my older sibling giving them grandkids all together and are just focusing on my cishet brother

I'm headed to a new city for work and will be spending a couple months there. I picked out an AirBnB and enquired about a long-stay discount and asked for more specific details about the appliances in the apartment.I got a message back saying that the calendar was not up to date, they were going to update it shortly, and that they would not be accepting my booking. It's been 3 days and there hasn't been a calendar update. In fact the calendar is wide open till the end of 2019.Hosts on here-- is there something I'm missing that I might not be aware of as a guest? Or is this a polite way of opting out of a booking this person clearly doesn't want? Curious to get your thoughts. Get $20 off your first AirBnB stay.
