"Blake! Detach the caboose!"
I bet things would have gone better in Atlas if Blake had been allowed to disconnect train cars there. This is what happens when you buck tradition, folks!

Have a lovely Sunday. 💜🖤
So much of what feels “off” in your body isn’t actually yours.
It’s the noise you’ve absorbed without realizing…
the emotions you’ve picked up in a room,
the tension you’ve taken on from someone else’s story,
the pressure that comes from watching lives that aren’t meant to shape your own.
Your system is always listening.
Every scroll, every interaction, every environment leaves an imprint.
And when the world gets loud, your own signal can feel distant or muted.
But the moment you step back…
the moment you unplug from the chaos,
you can feel your energy reorganizing itself.
Your clarity returning.
Your presence settling.
Your true frequency rising to the surface again.
This is the power of intentional connection.
Not disconnecting to escape…
but disconnecting to remember yourself.
Your frequency is still there.
It just needs space to return.
My contribution of doodles from @vurelly ‘s shared canvas on Magma! First two were done with a mouse and the second ones with my old janked tablet despite it constantly disconnecting and the pen failing grrrghfjghufg

Let your mind rest
In today’s world, it’s easy to be plugged in all the time. We convince ourselves that we “need” this or that. “Just one more episode,” we might say as our mind and body are both crying out for rest. “Just let me get to the end of the chapter,” we might say as our eyes glide across the page - not picking up a single word. “I’ll find something good here in a second,” we might say as we mindlessly scroll and surf between social media apps on our phones.
The thing is, modern society operates on us being plugged in all the time. Addicted. To social media. To our devices. To media streaming services. To anything. Our mind is never able to catch a break today. Endless sources of entertainment. Incessant noise. Continuous connection. This is unhealthy.
Take some time to observe your body. Though this will be a different process for everyone, how are you feeling? Really. Take some time to sort through this. Do you feel like there is a constant static in your head? Are you feeling restless in any parts of your body? (i.e., a constant need to move your legs, arms, etc.?) Are you feeling lethargic, as if no amount of rest could make you feel better? Burnout. Your mind, and eventually your body, has been pushed beyond limits. Yet we stand there continuing to push ourselves further and further.
It’s best just to let your mind rest. Turn off the TV. Close the books. Put down the phone. All that stuff will still be there later. But for now, find something that will allow your mind to recover. Walk outside, even if it’s just a few steps outside your door. Learn to meditate. Do something creative. Or if you don’t feel like doing any of that, sleep!
Contrary to what society has programmed us to believe, there is nothing that we will miss out on. In fact, with a well-rested mind and body, we will be able to experience more fully the things that we have in our lives without running the risk of becoming overly dependent on them for our continuous satisfaction.
Ultimately, your health is in your hands. Companies, no matter how sincere they may seem, are only there to make a profit. It’s fine to support the things you like and to find joy in them, but keep an eye on your health in the process. Take care of yourself. You are worth it.
