Disco Head as Xochiquetzal
Xochiquetzal, “Precious Flower” “Flower Quetzal Feather”, is the goddess of love, beauty, feminine sexuality and the patroness of prostitutes in Aztec mythology, as well as the female counterpart to the god Xochipilli. In the Legend Of The Suns she’s the first wife of the rain god Tlaloc.
—
Disco Head fits Xochiquetzal with his personality; with his flamboyance and sensual body language, and also in his dialogue.
Not to mention his mic stand is shaped to look like a naked female body.
She is the model of beauty, she had quite a few lovers, and DH has a lot of fans that are crazy about him as well
And as the patron goddess of prostitutes, DH appropriately kept the Hen House in the casino.
Finally as the female counterpart/sister of Xochipilli, like him she’s associated with dance and the arts. Disco Head is called the “Duke of Dance”, and he is named after a music genre.

Like I talked about in Nobert and Queen Potoo's post, the "cosmic egg" is a symbol that appears in various creation myths throughout different ancient civilizations around the world.
The cosmic egg motif comes back in ep4 in the Thicc Chicc Casino. The space station itself is a giant cracked egg, the security guards have uniforms with eggshells as helmets, and the entrance to Disco Head’s stage is egg-shaped.
Like I said in that previous post, the closest thing we have to the egg is the creator couple.
Xochi is associated with Omecihuatl (or Tonacacihuatl), she is an aspect of the female part of the creator couple.
That's the only reason I can think of why DH would have a cosmic egg motif, aside from the show having the motif in general.
—
The goddess is represented as a woman in a colorful, elaborate dress. DH's design features bright colors with hints of gold, and his shiny disco ball.
Her name consists of two words. Xochitl, “flower”, and quetzal, which translates to the feather of a resplendent quetzal.
Xochi has them too. She also tends to have the head of a quetzal bird on top of her own.
I mentioned these in Shrike’s, Beebs’ and Ajax’ posts, the long green feathers that most gods wear on their head?

I found possible references to Xochiquetzal in DH’s playlist. I know there are countless ways to interpret these songs’ lyrics, but I’m gonna go with possible keywords first.
Like I wrote in Ajax’ post, Xochiquetzal was the wife of the Third Sun, Tlaloc, until the god Tezcatlipoca kidnapped her; this resulted in a rain of fire from her husband. We don’t have an Ajax playlist but we have Disco Head’s, and his goddess has a role here too.
The two most important characters to Xochi in the legend are Tlaloc, the god of rain and lightning, and Tezcatlipoca, the “Smoking Mirror”. There are hints to these two characters in the playlist, as well as the rain of fire.
Next we have some more subjective lyrics, like in “Everybody Wants To Rule The World"
The Legend of The Suns consists of five different eras or "Suns", each "led" by a different god, when it was their turn as the Sun.
Xochiquetzal never got the chance to be the Sun, in fact she was mostly caught up in the situation caused by the others.
This time Disco Head gets to take a more active role in this story.
