My bf is awesome and is using the gift money he got from graduation to help me. His dad is awesome too. I probably won't have to make a GoFundMe!! This is the best, I'll probably be able to work for the rest of the money I need depending on how much it is I'm getting. If it's around 40-60+ then yeah I definitely can.
this might be a stretch but any other asian disabled ppl feeling sad or frustrated at not being able to participate in the chinese new year cleaning for good luck? :o{ i used to shower and wash all my bedding/laundry in the night before but idk if i can manage any of that and esp being somewhat spiritual i hate the idea of bringing myself bad luck on the biggest holiday of the year
Hello sorry for an ask. I am very sick, my asthma is at its maximum level, my nose freezes, I have no medicine or food. I am in bad shape financially, I am a black disabled, who uses multiple medications, I pay for my food and lodging

One thing I hate about able-bodied people is that most of them have only 'interacted' with disabled people through inspiration p*rn..and when they actually meet someone who is disabled by their disability and can't do all these amazing things; suddenly they're "lazy" or "they're not trying hard enough".
They don't realize that being disabled in a society/world not meant for us is exhausting as hell and a lot of work already. Just getting through a day is amazing as fuck.

Hi! It's kinda shameful to go this route , but being diabetic person .Now over 6 months my unemployment still pending This has been the worst couple of years of my life.
