So I can honestly say I've never done weighted dips past 60 lbs until today. My homie @joshuakes started a dip challenge amongst our crew (he did 115? Lbs) and my brother @bryant_xays responded with 125 lbs and tried 135 lbs but the belt broke lawlz. Well, here's my response with150 lbs. I legit haven't worked out arms in almost 2 months before last week, so I was doubtful I had it until ppl at the gym amped me up saying I def had it. Did 50 lbs for 10, 100 lbs for 1, 150 lbs for 1, and then 150 lbs. Amazing what you can accomplish when you're challenged, so shouts to @joshuakes and @bryant_xays for the challenge and inspiration to push myself. Also shouts so @aznpoet for recording and the motivation along with @mike_els88 and everyone else who stopped to watch and put pressure on me haha.
