question for (not exclusively but mainly) artists: which character look do you consider the "right" one? the one from concept art or the final in-game model? or maybe it depends on the character?
of course, many characters stayed (at least somewhat) loyal to their concept art design (like niko, jacob, packie, etc)... and then there are characters like... dimitri

i don't see what it is abt dimitri that makes ppl think he's the most evil gta villain. literally all he did was lie, blackmail, and have some ppl killed. basic. like i think that just makes him an asshole, not the most heinous or heartless lol.

and no idc that he betrayed faustin he was annoying as fukkk. i don't blame dimitri for not being loyal to him, it's not like faustin liked or respected him either. literally just look at the way that man treated him. he was a terrible friend to dimitri too. faustin was just like pegorino tbh now that i think abt it. i only wish dimitri hadn't dragged niko and roman into it. that's all.
