About Dilâ
Just some info on my OC Dilynn. Iâm not really sure what people would actually wanna know so I guess Iâll just post some general information below?
- Her full name is Dilynn Marie Marks, sheâs the oldest of four siblings and is a cargo class pilot Lance met and befriended before moving up to fighter, they like to tell each other lame jokes and banter good naturedly.
- She met Hunk through Lance and she absolutely adores the big guy. They talk about cooking and enjoy swapping recipes.
- Pidge reminds her of her younger siblings back home and she often checks up on her.
- Sheâs hard of hearing, nearly deaf really, and relies on hearing aids which she isnât afraid to turn off when she finds someone annoying or when people are being too noisy and she needs to concentrate.
- Due to the issues with her hearing sheâs gotten to be fairly decent at lip reading, when she bothers to try. Thereâs still hilarious miscommunications now and again though.
- She tends to sit right in the middle of the pack when it comes to test scores and doesnât particularly mind the fact that sheâs in cargo instead of fighter, she figures itâll still get her to space and she might eventually get a chance to move up, like Lance did. (She's pretty sure that the fact that she tends to turn her hearing aids off whenever Iverson starts on one of his rants/lectures is why she probably didnât make the cut to move up this time. She also doesnât really care.)
- She can be a bit impulsive and isnât always even tempered despite her normally relaxed personality.
- She gets hyper when excited about something and will hyperfocus on things sheâs interested in. Once something has her interest youâll be hard pressed to draw her attention away from it. This proves to be a blessing and a curse.
- The other members of her team are Casey Waller and Jax Nichols, theyâll get their own posts later.
I have part of a story thought up about her and how she ended up getting captured by Galra in my edit but this post is already pretty long and I suck at condensing things, I might post something about it later though. I mean, if anyone is actually interesting in hearing about it before then donât be afraid to hit me up, Iâll be glad to share but if no one asks Iâll just wait and post it when I figure out how to streamline it to be easier to read.
