So the first drawing (on the lined paper) was just a fun pass the time doodled and I thought it would be fun to try it in different mediums, my style changes a fair amount for each style haha
So I haven’t posted that much hahahhaha) I’ve been experimenting with different mediums lately and I’ve been really appreciating scratch paper. This was suggested by my sister, and I quite like it!!
Hello! As someone who's aspiring in many media within the arts (art, writing, video game design) my ideas for stories tend to bounce around between the medias a lot and I often struggle figuring out what medium is best for all these ideas. Is there any advice you might have to help with figuring out how these stories should be told? thank you very much!
It’s really hard to answer that! As someone who also works in a few different mediums (screen, stage, and page), a lot of this I tend to simply determine based on practicality; how much more difficult would it be to write out [X] adventure as a comic compared to a novel? Can a video game properly address the characterization and setting envisioned? Also, how many characters are there with major storylines? I personally find novels the least effective way to tell a lot of storylines!
I tried out a few different mediums today. It didn't go as well as planned but I kind of like that she has a different hair colour in each quadrant.
